Located at our production centre in Ascot Corner in the Eastern Townships, our butcher’s shop is the perfect place to buy our prepared and smoked products straight from our kitchens (ham, bacon, chops, pork cheeks, and pork rinds). We also offer full butcher service: fresh and preserved local meats, sausages, and charcuterie.
