Old fashioned smoked picnic ham with fresh pineapple

Ingrédients

  • 1 x 2 kg (4,5 lbs) old-fashioned smoked bone-in picnic ham from Porc Théberge
  • 12 cloves
  • 1 fresh pineapple, trimmed and sliced
  • Mustards of your choice (2 or 3 types)

Préparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Place the ham on a slightly hollow baking sheet and prick it with cloves. Bake the ham for 2 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 170.6°F (77°C).

  2. Remove the ham from the oven and serve it with slices of fresh pineapple, boiled potatoes and various mustards.
