Choose a vigorous and aromatic rosé that will pair deliciously with the artichoke and create a contrast with the freshness and richness of the duck. Tavel is ideal for this type of dish, but you could also select a rosé from Spain.

Tavel is a “cru” from the Rhone Valley of France. It is made with Grenache, Cinsault and Mourvèdre grapes in particular, and is considered to be the king of rosés.
