Pork, water, salt, brown sugar, sodium phosphate, sodium erythorbate, sodium bicarbonate, sodium nitrite. Sauce: sugar (brown sugar, molasses, maltodextrin), water, tomato paste, vinegar, modified corn starch, salt, spices, canola oil, dehydrated garlic, xanthan gum, smoke flavour.
On the BBQ: cook over medium-high heat for 3 to 5 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature has reached 170.6°F (77°C).
In the oven: cook at 350°F for 15 to 20 minutes or until the internal temperature has reached 170.6°F (77°C).
