Pork, water, salt, brown sugar, sodium phosphate, sodium erythorbate, sodium bicarbonate, sodium nitrite.

Cooking instructions

Bake at 350°F or heat on the stovetop over low heat, according to your recipe. Suggested cooking time: 1 hour per kilogram. Heat to an internal temperature of 170.6°F (77°C).
